History of the Company

ProTechTeam’s roots originally stem from Israel, where CEO Moti Attias served in the national army and later the Secret Service’s Executive Protection Unit. As his passion for providing excellent security continued to grow, he transitioned overseas and built ProTechTeam out of Guatemala in 1995, where the company’s effective and reliable services to the national government proved invaluable to the country. Expanding to both North and Central America over the ensuing years, ProTechTeam continued to champion its wide variety of operations for clients of all kinds in every location it was serving. Currently based in Mexico, no other firm in the industry offers the international experience and comprehensive solutions that ProTechTeam excels at delivering, and its team of over 1000 employees is committed to providing the highest levels of security day after day.

Has 15 years of experience in the area of information technology, has carried out programs and databases for entities of the Government of Guatemala, support in the computer area and Community Manager for a joint programme of the ONU, F | ODM and the Government of Spain.

Daniel is a graduate of Universidad Francisco Marroquín’s (M.B.A.), Master in Business Administration. And it has a Bachelor’s degree in political science and general studies of the Hebrew University, Mount Scopus, Jerusalem, Israel. I do military service with the rank of Lieutenant in charge of a platoon in the armored forces in the defense of the State of Israel Army.

Is the Director of operations of the Corporation, Coordinator of security, bodyguards, supervisors and other operational staff officers, structuring and coordinating the jobs services, risk analysis and security of customers.

Languages: Spanish and English as native language, Hebrew and Mandarin knowledge.

Between his experience make mention of: Supervision of bodyguards, training, advise and studies of risks, research, logistical coordination of security and safety.

Francisco Chavarria

Francisco is a graduate degree in criminological Sciences and criminal investigations, technical management in security. Manager of the Department of logistics; that includes: management of weapons and equipment of the security personnel, supplies and purchases, Director of the Center for training of ProTechTeam, General Manager and Legal representative.

The Licensed Francisco has 24 years of experience in the area of private security , occupying different positions in the area of weapons and Radios, winery management, logistics, industrial estate management, Legal Representative, management staff, use and operation of fire arms, use and management of communication Radios.

Among his skills we have capacity for analysis, planning and implementation of strategies depending on objectives. Certified Director of Center of training by DIGESSP. Extensive knowledge of the weapons and ammunition law, law on private security services.

Carlos has over 25 years of experience in the security field in consulting and management positions. He was a police officer for 18 years with the Miami –Dade Police Department and 7 years between the State of Florida Department of Correction and the Miami –Dade Corrections Department. Carlos has accumulated countless certificates for mastering areas of crime prevention, criminal investigation, and procedural logistics. He is based out of Miami and oversees ProTechTeam’s security activities in the U.S.
